Saitama Prefectural Police came to our school on May 10, 2019 and gave us a lecture about cybercrime.

Now the Internet is widely spreading, number of cybercrimes is increasing.
Be aware when you use the Internet!

入学式

We held the entrance ceremony for the 16th newly enrolled students.
Students from Vietnam, China, the Philippines, Mongolia, and Indonesia attended to the ceremony.
At first, our chairman delivered a welcoming speech and senior students followed.

Strive to study together at Yamate Japanese Language School. Set a goal to be a real cosmopolitan. And try to make your school life the most memorable.

卒業遠足

All graduates had a short trip to Tokyo Disneyland on March 15th in 2019.
The weather was perfect. Students made the last wonderful memory with the friends they got know each other at Yamate Japanese Language School.

卒業式

We held the graduation ceremony for the 13th and the 14th enrolled students(entered in April, 2017 and in October, 2017) on March 14, 2019.
Female students attended in kimono.
At the beginning of the ceremony, President Yokota delivered a celebrational speech.

At the end of the ceremony, they were given a celebrational message from the chairman.
Then they took a commemorative photo all together.

We decorated Hina-dolls at the entrance of Yamate Japanese Language School on March 1, 2019.
Female students took photos with them.

スピーチ大会

The 8th Speech Contest was held at Yamate Japanese Language School on February 22, 2019.
20 representatives from each class had practiced a lot and made great speeches.
Nepali student made a speech about pros and cons of cellphone.

Nepali student who made a speech ‘ The Importance of Being Cheerful’ won the 1st prize.

We had Setsubun event, throwing the beans and warding off bad luck.
This is the first experience for the new commers, so they’re into making masks.

2018年クリスマス会

We had Christmas party at Westa Kawagoe as last year on December 21. Students from each country showed their local songs and dances. We could experience other cultures and had a great time.

School excursion to Saiko Iyashi no sato NEMBA and Fujisan World Heritage Center

We went to Yamanashi prefecture on a school excursion.
All of us enjoyed the virgin landscape of Japan at Saiko Iyashi no sato NEMBA.

At Fujisan World Heritage Center, we saw how Mt. Fuji had changed (We rarely had a chance to see), and broaden our horizons.

On that day, it was fine and we enjoyed viewing changing colored leaves and Mt. Fuji.
We learned the old villages and the history of Mt. Fuji. It was a meaningful day.

Is there  any scholarship?

The school does not have a scholarship. But in Japan there are many different types of scholarship systems. For example, a scholarship is issued when you have good academic records at the Examination for Japanese University (EJU).
