Permission to engage in activity other than that permitted under the status of residence
Before engaging in part time job, is necessary receive the Permission to engage in activity other than that permitted under the status of residence issued by the Immigration Bureau. It`s also possible apply for the Permission at Narita Airport at the moment of entering in Japan. Without the Permission is not possible engaging in part time job. Please note that the working hours` limitation is 28 per week (during vacation periods this limit can be extended to 40h per week).
Part time jobs that International students can not do.
